Venezianico presenta il Redentore Bronzo, dal carattere volutamente “antico”

Un particolare dress-watch a cui il tempo regala variazioni di colore dall’effetto vissuto

C’è un legame storico tra Venezia e il bronzo – per la città lagunare simbolo di potere e prosperità da quando veniva lavorato nelle numerose botteghe fabbrili – che oggi rivive nel dress-watch dal design di ispirazione neoclassica: il Redentore Bronzo, un segnatempo da polso dal carattere volutamente “antico” sottolineato dalla patina che nel tempo, evolvendosi, crea variazioni di colore per un effetto vissuto. 

Ispirato ai leggendari Cavalli di San Marco, il Redentore Bronzo celebra questo heritage attraverso la lavorazione artigianale di un materiale intriso di storia, a partire dalla cassa, da 40 mm e spessore ridotto a soli 10mm, che nasce da uno stampo e viene rifinita a mano con cura minuziosa.

Sotto il vetro in zaffiro con trattamento antiriflesso, il quadrante artigianale è ottenuto da una lega di ottone morbida che attraversa diverse fasi di lavorazione: lucidato per una brillantezza sofisticata, satinato per attenuare i riflessi e brunito, per un fascino vintage ispirato alle superfici metalliche d’epoca. 
Abili mani applicano poi abrasioni mirate che mettono in risalto con studiate venature il metallo sottostante, ricreandone il naturale invecchiamento.

All’interno custodisce il movimento Miyota 9039, un calibro automatico ad alte alternanze che garantisce precisione e affidabilità attraverso una cassa ancora più sottile e bilanciata.

Sul retro, un fondello in acciaio 316L serrato con sei viti, evita il contatto della patina del bronzo con la pelle per una massima durata nel tempo, è impreziosito da una decorazione ispirata ai celebri Cavalli di San Marco, incisa con un’alternanza di finiture sabbiate e satinate radiali, che ne esaltano i dettagli.
Il cinturino in pelle italiana, con la sua superficie spazzolata, richiama l’estetica strutturata del bronzo.

Venezianico presents the Bronze Redeemer, with an intentionally “antique” character

Part of the character of this particular dress-watch is the patina that over time creates color variations with a lived-in effect

There is a historical link between Venice and bronze – for the lagoon city, a symbol of power and prosperity since it was worked in the many workshops of the fabrili – that today lives again in the dress-watch with a neoclassical-inspired design: the Redentore Bronzo, a wrist timepiece with an intentionally “antique” character emphasized by the patina that over time, as it evolves, creates color variations for a lived-in effect.
Inspired by the legendary St. Mark’s Horses, the Redentore Bronzo celebrates this heritage through the craftsmanship of a material steeped in history, starting with the case, 40mm and reduced in thickness to just 10mm, which is created from a mold and finished by hand with meticulous care.

Beneath the anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the handcrafted dial is made from a soft brass alloy that goes through several stages of processing: polished for a sophisticated shine, satin-finished to soften reflections, and burnished for a vintage charm inspired by vintage metal surfaces.
Skilled hands then apply targeted abrasions that highlight the underlying metal with studied veining, recreating its natural aging.

Inside it houses the Miyota 9039 movement, a high-alternation automatic caliber that ensures precision and reliability through an even slimmer and more balanced case.
On the back, a 316L steel caseback tightened with six screws prevents the bronze patina from coming into contact with the leather for maximum durability, and is embellished with a decoration inspired by the famous Cavalli di San Marco, engraved with alternating sandblasted and satin-finished radial finishes that enhance the details.
The Italian leather strap, with its brushed surface, recalls the textured aesthetics of bronze.
