Celebrare la tradizione dell’orologeria svizzera in occasione dell’11ª Biennale del Patrimonio Orologiero
Un evento straordinario: la storica sede di Eberhard & Co. Apre le sue porte durante l’11ª Biennale del Patrimonio Orologiero. La manifestazione, che celebra la tradizione dell’orologeria svizzera, è un articolato calendario di eventi nel luogo di nascita della Marca, La Chaux-de-Fonds, e nella vicina città di Le Locle, entrambe Patrimonio Mondiale dell’UNESCO dal 2009.
Il Museo, inaugurato nel 2019, ospita una straordinaria collezione di orologi che ne raccontano la storia ininterrotta, dagli orologi da tasca della fine del XIX secolo ai primi cronografi da polso, dagli eleganti orologi da donna e modelli sportivi da uomo fino ad un focus sul presente, in particolare sui cronografi Chronographe 1887 presentati quest’anno e animati da calibri esclusivi Eberhard & Co., due segnatempo d’eccezione che incarnano l’eccellenza tecnica ed estetica (che richiama alcune caratteristiche distintive dei celebri cronografi degli anni ’30 e oltre), nonché l’innovazione che contraddistingue Eberhard & Co.

Celebrating the tradition of Swiss watchmaking during the 11th Biennial Biennial of Watch Heritage
An extraordinary event: the historic headquarters of Eberhard & Co. opens its doors during the 11th Biennial of Watchmaking Heritage. The event, which celebrates the tradition of Swiss watchmaking, is a multifaceted calendar of events in the brand’s birthplace, La Chaux-de-Fonds, and the neighboring city of Le Locle, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 2009.
The museum, which opened in 2019, houses an extraordinary collection of watches that tell its unbroken history, from pocket watches from the late 19th century to the first wrist chronographs, from elegant ladies’ watches and men’s sports models to a focus on the present, in particular the Chronographe 1887 chronographs presented this year and animated by exclusive Eberhard & Co. calibres, two exceptional timepieces that embody technical and aesthetic excellence (recalling some of the distinctive features of the famous chronographs of the 1930s and beyond), as well as the innovation that distinguishes Eberhard & Co,
