Jewellery & Gem Asia è pronto a tornare ad Hong Kong

Un attesissimo ritorno quello del Jewellery & Gem ASIA Hong Kong, il principale evento fieristico in programma dal 22 al 25 giugno presso l’Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Così JGA torna alla sua miglior forma (era dal 2019 che non succedeva) come ricorda David Bondi, Vicepresidente Senior di Informa Markets in Asia: “Abbiamo aspettato tre lunghi anni per dirlo: Bentornati alla JGA! […]“Con la riapertura delle frontiere della città con la Cina continentale e il resto del mondo, JGA è più che pronta a dare il benvenuto a tutti di nuovo a Hong Kong, la capitale del sourcing B2B del commercio globale di gioielli.”

Anche la città di Hong Kong prosegue il suo percorso verso la normalità, dal primo marzo, infatti, ha eliminato l’ultima restrizione imposta durante il periodo legato alla pandemia. Così anche il Direttore delle Fiere della Gioielleria di Informa Markets Jewellery, Celine Lau, sottolinea come questo evento rappresenti, per i fedeli partecipanti della fiera, un ritorno a casa. Poi aggiunge: “Non vediamo l’ora di recuperare tutto ciò che è mancato negli ultimi tre anni: l’emozione della scoperta dei prodotti, la gioia del networking e l’eccitazione di far parte di uno dei più grandi raduni della nostra comunità a Hong Kong dopo la pandemia.”

Gli acquirenti non solo scopriranno le ultime novità in fatto di prodotti, ma avranno anche accesso a una serie di informazioni di mercato e di contatti con il settore: “La JGA è sempre stata conosciuta per la sua ricca e diversificata selezione di gioielli finiti e come meta di approvvigionamento di materiali preziosi“, commenta Lau. Così tornano anche i padiglioni più rappresentativi dell’evento fieristico, padiglioni che saranno guidati da CORE, Fine Gem e Fine Design.

C’è anche un ulteriore elemento che aggiunte entusiasmo ed energia alla JGA: la presentazione del programma di Informa Markets Jewellery che commemora la 40esima edizione del salone gemello – Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong, che si terrà a settembre – insieme al 40esimo anniversario della sua pubblicazione di punta sulla gioielleria, JNA.

Jewellery & Gem Asia Hong Kong returns to Hong Kong

Asia’s largest jewelry event

A much-awaited return is that of Jewellery & Gem ASIA Hong Kong, the premier trade show scheduled for June 22-25 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
So JGA returns to its best form (it had not happened since as far back as 2019) as David Bondi, Senior Vice President of Informa Markets in Asia, recalls, “We’ve waited three long years to say, Welcome back to JGA!” Continues Bondi: “As the city reopens its borders with mainland China and the rest of the world, JGA is more than ready to welcome everyone back to Hong Kong-the B2B sourcing capital of the global jewelry trade.”
The city of Hong Kong also continues on its path to normalcy, as of March 1-in fact, it has lifted the last restriction imposed during the pandemic-related period. So too Informa Markets Jewellery Fairs Director Celine Lau emphasizes how this event represents, for the fair’s loyal participants, a homecoming. Then she adds, “We are looking forward to catching up on everything that has been missing over the past three years: the thrill of product discovery, the joy of networking, and the excitement of being part of one of the largest gatherings of our community in Hong Kong since the pandemic.”
Buyers will not only discover the latest products, but also have access to a wealth of market information and industry contacts. “The JGA has always been known for its rich and diverse selection of finished jewelry and as a sourcing destination for precious materials,” Lau comments. Thus, the most representative pavilions of the trade show event also return, pavilions that will be led by CORE, Fine Gem and Fine Design.
Adding further excitement and energy to the JGA is the unveiling of the packed Informa Markets Jewellery program, which commemorates the 40th edition of its sister show – Jewellery & Gem WORLD Hong Kong (JGW), to be held in September – and the 40th anniversary of its flagship jewelry publication, JNA.
