Affide dedica agli orologi di lusso un’asta da mezzo milione di euro

È un appuntamento speciale con gli orologi di lusso quello fissato per oggi giovedì 20 giugno, a Roma, presso il Monte di Pietà, ore 17:00. La base d’asta complessiva è di 490.500 euro.
All’incanto 115 esemplari (online.fliphtml5.com/frmyx/qkqi/#p=1) alcuni tra i più iconici e rari, selezionati e valutati da un team di esperti stimatori, tra questi il Rolex Milgauss, progettato per resistere ai campi magnetici, un problema comune per scienziati e ingegneri. La ref. 116400 si distingue per la lancetta dei secondi arancione a forma di fulmine e dagli indici colorati; l’Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, famoso per la sua precisione e durata, aspetti che l’hanno reso indispensabile per gli astronauti – è stato il primo orologio a essere indossato sulla luna. E spicca anche il Rolex Prince Elegant ref. 2835 degli anni ’30 con la sua cassa arcuata, composta da più parti che si integrano armoniosamente con il cinturino in pelle. Animato da un movimento a carica manuale, il calibro 360, presenta sul quadrante la scritta “C. Bucherer’s”, un omaggio a Carl Bucherer, oggi noto concessionario Rolex.
I più contesi: l’Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Dual Time (Lotto 17), in acciaio con il caratteristico quadrante blu “tapisserie” e doppio fuso orario. Base d’asta 12.000 euro; il Rolex Daytona Cosmograph corredato di certificato di garanzia (Lotto 20), celebre per il cronografo ad alte prestazioni, in oro rosa con quadrante chocolate. Base d’asta 20.000 euro; il Rolex Daytona in Acciaio (Lotto 38), modello del 1994 noto per il quadrante bianco “6 Inverted” e movimento automatico cal. 4030. Base d’asta 17.000 euro; il Rolex Daytona in Oro (Lotto 64), con indici con diamanti e bracciale in oro. Base d’asta 15.000 euro.
Il 21 giugno, invece, si terrà l’asta Swatch da collezione, un evento che riunisce oltre 100 orologi iconici della cultura pop e del mondo della moda, dai primi modelli degli anni ’80 alle edizioni più recenti, compresi rari pezzi in edizione limitata.
Tra i più ricercati lo Swatch Chrono Grand Prix lanciato tra il 1993 e il 1994 (Lotto 15), presenta movimento al quarzo e cinturino e fibbia ad ardiglione. Base d’asta 80 euro; lo Swatch Chrono Neo Wave degli ‘anni 90 (Lotto 26), vanta colori brillanti e lancette che si illuminano al buio. Base d’asta 70 euro; lo Swatch Chrono White Horses (Lotto 27), parte della primissima serie Swatch Chrono. Base d’asta 150 euro.

Affide dedicates half-million auction to luxury watches
On June 21, however, the spotlight will be on collectible Swatches
It is a special appointment with luxury watches the one set for today, Thursday, June 20, in Rome, at Monte di Pietà, 5 p.m. The total auction base is 490,500 euros.
Up for auction are 115 examples some of the most iconic and rare, selected and evaluated by a team of expert estimators, including the Rolex Milgauss, designed to resist magnetic fields, a common problem for scientists and engineers. Ref. 116400 stands out for its bold design, featuring an orange lightning-shaped seconds hand and colorful indexes; the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, famous for its precision and durability, aspects that made it indispensable to astronauts-it was the first watch to be worn on the moon. Also standing out is the Rolex Prince Elegant ref. 2835 from the 1930s with its arched, multi-part case that blends harmoniously with the leather strap. Powered by a hand-wound movement, Caliber 360, it features “C. Bucherer’s” on the dial, a tribute to Carl Bucherer, now a well-known Rolex dealer.
Most hotly contested: the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Dual Time (Lot 17), in steel with characteristic blue “tapisserie” dial and dual time zone. Auction basis 12,000 euros; the Rolex Daytona Cosmograph accompanied by warranty certificate (Lot 20), famous for its high-performance chronograph, in rose gold with chocolate dial. Auction base 20,000 euros; the Rolex Daytona in Steel (Lot 38), 1994 model known for its white “6 Inverted” dial and automatic cal. 4030 movement. Auction base 17,000 euros; the Rolex Daytona in Gold (Lot 64), with diamond markers and gold bracelet. Auction base 15,000 euros.
On June 21, however, there will be the Swatch Collector’s Auction, an event that brings together more than 100 iconic watches from pop culture and the fashion world, from early models from the 1980s to more recent editions, including rare limited-edition pieces. Among the most sought-after is the Swatch Chrono Grand Prix launched between 1993 and 1994 (Lot 15), features a quartz movement and a pin buckle and strap. Auction basis 80 euros; the Swatch Chrono Neo Wave from the 1990s (Lot 26), boasts bright colors and hands that glow in the dark. Auction base 70 euros; the Swatch Chrono White Horses (Lot 27), part of the very first Swatch Chrono series. Auction base 150 euros.
